Phishing Emails

Phishing emails: Some students have been receiving phishing emails. Any communication sent from the University of Toronto will never ask you to click on or send personal or financial information to an external login or email. Learn more about phishing emails and how to report them.

Holiday Closure

Client Services and Convocation front desk and phone lines will be closed for the holiday break from Tuesday, December 23 at 12:30pm to Friday, January 2, 2026. We will re-open on Monday, January 5, 2026, at 9:30am. Happy Holidays!

Holiday Closure

Client Services, Transcripts and the Office of Convocation will be closed on Friday, August 1 and Monday, August 4 for Presidential Day and the Civic Holiday. They will be re-opening on Tuesday, August 5 (Client Services at 1:00pm and the Office of Convocation at 9:00am).

Convera Maintenance

Please note: Convera will be down for scheduled maintenance on Friday, August 15th, 2025, from 9:00pm – 5:00am EDT. If you are planning on using Convera for payments, please so do before 2:00pm EDT on August 15th to avoid payment delays.

Need-Based Awards

If you are a student with financial need, you may be eligible for need-based awards through your division or faculty. To be assessed for financial need, you must submit an application through the Need Navigator.

Line of Credit

If you’re enrolled in a professional graduate or second-entry undergraduate program (such as Dentistry, Law, or Medicine), your financial institution may offer funding options to help with costs. For example, Scotiabank offers the ScotiaLine for eligible students to borrow money.
