Phishing emails: Some students have been receiving phishing emails. Any communication sent from the University of Toronto will never ask you to click on or send personal or financial information to an external login or email. Learn more about phishing emails and how to report them.

Holiday Closure

Please note that on Tuesday, October 7th, Client Services and the Office of Convocation will open at one hour later, at 2:00pm. For the Thanksgiving holiday, they will also close early at 3:00pm on Friday, October 10, and be closed all day on Monday, October 13.

Holiday Closure

Client Services, Transcripts and the Office of Convocation will be closed on Friday, August 1 and Monday, August 4 for Presidential Day and the Civic Holiday. They will be re-opening on Tuesday, August 5 (Client Services at 1:00pm and the Office of Convocation at 9:00am).

Convera Maintenance

Please note: Convera will be down for scheduled maintenance on Friday, August 15th, 2025, from 9:00pm – 5:00am EDT. If you are planning on using Convera for payments, please so do before 2:00pm EDT on August 15th to avoid payment delays.

Convocation is the culmination of this phase of your academic career; it’s a celebration of your graduation and an event that you will look back on for years to come. At the Office of Convocation, our role is to provide you with all the information and resources you need to make it the best day for you, your fellow graduands, and your guests.

Spring 2026 Convocation ceremonies are scheduled to run from June 1-19, 2026. A detailed schedule of ceremonies will be available at the end of the year.

Fall 2025 Diplomas Are Now Available for Pickup

Walk-in service is available weekdays from November 3 to 10, 2025. Review hours of operation, options for picking up after November 10, and having your diploma shipped to you.
