Phishing Emails

Phishing emails: Some students have been receiving phishing emails. Any communication sent from the University of Toronto will never ask you to click on or send personal or financial information to an external login or email. Learn more about phishing emails and how to report them.

Holiday Closure

Client Services and Convocation front desk and phone lines will be closed for the holiday break from Tuesday, December 23 at 12:30pm to Friday, January 2, 2026. We will re-open on Monday, January 5, 2026, at 9:30am. Happy Holidays!

Holiday Closure

Client Services, Transcripts and the Office of Convocation will be closed on Friday, August 1 and Monday, August 4 for Presidential Day and the Civic Holiday. They will be re-opening on Tuesday, August 5 (Client Services at 1:00pm and the Office of Convocation at 9:00am).

Convera Maintenance

Please note: Convera will be down for scheduled maintenance on Friday, August 15^th, 2025, from 9:00pm – 5:00am EDT. If you are planning on using Convera for payments, please so do before 2:00pm EDT on August 15^th to avoid payment delays.

OSAP

The Ontario Student Assistance Program (OSAP) is a government financial aid program that assists eligible Ontario residents attending postsecondary studies through a combination of loans and grants. OSAP can help students pay for tuition, books and equipment, fees, and childcare. Students who are full-time can also use OSAP for their living expenses.
