Holiday Closure

Client Services, Transcripts and the Office of Convocation will be closed on Friday, August 1 and Monday, August 4 for Presidential Day and the Civic Holiday. They will be re-opening on Tuesday, August 5 (Client Services at 1:00pm and the Office of Convocation at 9:00am).

Convera Maintenance

Please note: Convera will be down for scheduled maintenance on Friday, August 15th, 2025, from 9:00pm – 5:00am EDT. If you are planning on using Convera for payments, please so do before 2:00pm EDT on August 15th to avoid payment delays.

U.S. Student Aid

Students who are U.S. citizens or permanent residents, and are in need of financial aid can explore various programs such as the William D. Ford Federal Direct Loan Program, alternative/private loans, the 529 College Savings Plan, among others. The University of Toronto also offers tax information for students receiving tax education credits.
